NATIONAL EVANGELIST

An evangelist is one who delivers the gospel of Jesus Christ and this board consists of women who are dedicated and abandoned to God with special gifts and anointing of the Holy Spirit for the service of winning souls. The aim of every member of this board should be to lead people to express their Christian discipleship in every area of human life that the kingdom of God may be realized. Any traveling evangelist must first of all have a personal experience with Christ, a reception of the Holy Ghost, a church member of a local church in good standing with the pastor, church mother and other officers and members. She must have come through the ranks of aspiring, deaconess and evangelist missionary work.

National Evangelist must be recommended by the Jurisdictional Supervisor of her Jurisdiction where she is registered on the Missionary Roll before she is accepted by the National Evangelist Board. No Missionary is permitted to bypass the Jurisdictional Supervisor to become a National Evangelist by paying the National Evangelist fee. She must also meet the approval of the General Supervisor.

Before securing national evangelist papers, a missionary should conduct revivals in seven (7) different states. From the reports of these states, we will know whether or not you are material for the field and the great task of harvesting souls for the Master. When a missionary has required and evangelist licenses, she should be well informed as to the proper attire, carefully selected words, time allotted for private and public devotion, a student of the Word and the willingness to go into the highway and hedges and seek lost souls.

A national evangelist is not exempted from financial obligations to her local church, district, state and national work. The officers of this board shall be: president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer. A close survey should be made often and other officers may be appointed on this board as deemed necessary.

EVANGELIST MISSIONARY

An Evangelist Missionary is a missionary whose mission extends into the District and the Jurisdiction. However, she must yet have the endorsement of her pastor and Jurisdictional Supervisor. She is expected to help build the work on all levels. She must be available to travel and conduct revivals whenever and wherever called upon.
A real Evangelist Missionary will have two prerequisites: 1) a Mission and 2) a Vision. These two prerequisites will give a greater thrust in soul-winning.
